Jan 4, 2021the "connect your tv" option you see on the 9now website and your smartphone app is for logging in your tv or media player's 9now app. Still able to use 9now and 7plus apps on an older tv get a cheap firestick or chromecast and you won't have to worry about apps not being kept up to date. Dec 20, 2020i tried the 9now tech support but they were unable to help, finally telling me to wait for an updated app to see if that fixed the problem.
