I have informed scottish power that the meter was not working. May 19, 2024my gas smart meter display is not working, the smart meter is completely unresponsive and will not connect to the in home display. After a few back and forth emails scottish power are refusing to carry out any work staying that they receive all the data they need from the meter and it's "working perfectly" to use.
