Feb 27, 2020tried to register for online banking, completed details as required on first page (savings account with card number), but does not progress to second page. Mar 13, 2017i use barclays online banking on my desktop. Jan 30, 2011barclays has confirmed some customers are unable to log into online bank accounts and are experiencing slow response times.
