May 9, 2023super late but you can try this first disable pc app store as a start up app because the pop up prevents you from uninstalling -to do this open task manager -select the icon for start up apps.

Mar 2, 2023what you do is start the download from the xbox app, pause the download and "quit" the xbox app, open the windows store app, search for the game you are trying to download, click install. Jul 4, 2023once you have done that, go to uninstall a program and click on pc app store. Then, find the pc app store and delete.
