Dec 14, 2019so what makes someone a gypsy (or traveller)? As far as i am aware, no one has ever been allocated a percentage of “gypsy” ethnicity. Nov 18, 2018not necessarily a gypsy parent and a parent from a non gypsy background, but often a child who had one parent who was a romany gypsy and another parent who was from a different.
